5 tablespoons of organic cane sugar
1 tablespoon of sucanat/rapadura (it is unrefined sugar cane juice)
2 teaspoons of real sea salt
Put the mixture in a bag or a small container and shake well. The recommended ratio is 1:5 salt to sugar. Keep it near your bed where you can easily reach for it in the night.
