3 large yellow onions
3 garlic cloves
¼ cup of chopped oregano
4 cups of water
Himalayan salt to taste
How to prepare the soup?
Chop the garlic and onion into cubes. Let water boil and add them and the oregano. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, or until the onion is soft and translucent. Have the soup and allow your body temperature rise enough to start sweating mildly.
Additional Onion Remedy
Cut a piece of onion and place it directly on the bottom of your feet. Cover with a sock before going to bed and remove them the next day. If you notice flu symptoms, do this every night.
