Before eating lunch, you need to consume something that is very easy to prepare.
You will need:
200 ml of water;
the juice of 2 lemons;
2 teaspoons of apple vinegar;
2 teaspoons of honey

Mix all of the mentioned ingredients well, until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Consume the whole amount of mixture before eating your lunch.

– You will see results in a week. In 7 days you should lose about 2 kg in weight, by ending up losing approximately 7-8 kg in one whole month.
