Opt for cold-pressed olive oil or coconut oil rather than using vegetable oil, butter or shortening in your cooking and baking.
What to consume?
Tomatoes, bell peppers, strawberries, blueberries and other vitamin C rich foods should be consumed because they include a great content of antioxidants. Also, you can start drinking green papaya tea since it is highly recommended.
In a glass of water add half a teaspoon of baking soda. Drink four glasses of this mixture every day, for two weeks. You can drink it every two hours.
Drinking minimum 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day is advisable. Consuming great amounts of water will remove the surplus uric acid from the body and will decrease the risk of reappearing gout attacks.
Another alternative is to mix apple cider vinegar with water. This liquid is also good for removing excess waste from the body, including uric acid. In a glass of water add one teaspoon of raw and organic apple cider vinegar. Consume the mixture 2-3 times on a daily basis.
In a glass of warm water add the squeezed juice of one lemon. Drink it every morning on an empty stomach. Redo the procedure for 4 weeks minimum.
