How to make your own charcoal lemonade?

Needed ingredients:

  • 16 oz of filtered water
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1-2 capsules of activated charcoal
  • 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
  • fresh herbs like thyme, rosemary, or basil (optional ingredient)

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it in the water. Then add the pinch of Himalayan salt and the 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix the liquid to make sure everything is dissolved. Get your glass and fill the most of the lemonade in it. Leave a little bit of the liquid in the bottle.

Next, get the two capsules of the activated charcoal and empty them into the last bit of lemonade. Mix it till you get a nice black color and add it in the glass with the rest of the lemonade.
