Neck muscles often respond to stress, tension, and cold weather.
A stiff neck is usually characterized by soreness and difficulty when moving the neck. It may also come along with a headache, neck pain, shoulder pain or arm pain.
Typically, a stiff neck is the result of muscles weakening over time from poor posture or misuse. Nowadays, we all look down at our computer monitor all day, causing the muscles around the neck joints become overstretched. Also, driving for long periods of time or looking at our phones can cause stiff neck.

You just need to raise your arm horizontal with your elbow bent 90 degrees vertically and place a towel under your shoulder. Hold your hand in this position for 10 seconds and you will be amazed by the results.
