How to Remove an Ingrown Toenail Completely Naturally Without Any Surgical Procedure!

An ingrown toenail happens when the nail grows on the one side of the nail underneath the skin. Many reasons cause this. Anyway, there are many surgical and conventional methods that can help you get rid of this issue. Luckily, if you want to avoid the uncomfortable and pricey treatments at a hospital, you can solve this problem at home. However, this can be done only in the early phase when there are no signs of any complications.

Here is how to remove your ingrown toenail without surgery:

Start by making your nails and skin softer by preparing a hot bath. Add 3 tablespoons of baking soda in around 5 liters of water. Also, you can add some salt if you want. The water temperature should not be higher than 37 degrees centigrade. After you soak your feet, pull out the ingrown nail.

You can take a sticking plaster to apply it on the noticed ingrown toenail area. This will ease the process because the toenail will become more accessible.

Raise the end of the nail by placing a small amount of cotton between the skin and the nail using tweezers. Apply some antibacterial cream like iodine before placing the cotton on the affected area. Change the cotton and the wrapper in every 24 hours for 15 days. After these 15 days, your nail should be normal again.

If it is hard for you to put the cotton between the skin and the nail, prepare a mixture of 1 tablespoon of raw honey with 1 ground garlic clove or Aloe Vera and place it on the affected area. This mixture has potent antiseptic properties.

Do not forget that the most important parts of this method are skin softening and changing the used cotton during the procedure.

When done with the procedure, rub the outer part of the nail. Also, do pedicures regularly and if in the future there is some infection or pus on the nail, consult with a doctor.
