– 1 liter of boiling water

How to prepare it:
In the evening, put 3 tablespoons of flaxseed into a boiling water. Leave the mixture to sit still during the night. Strain the mixture in the morning.
Drink 150 ml of the tea 3-4 times a day, half an hour before having a meal. Prepare the tea in the evening so you can drink it the following day. It is advisable to be freshly prepared. Drink the tea for 10 days straight and make a 10-day break afterwards. Do the same procedure until you are satisfied with the results.
