Have trouble sleeping? I am sure there is nothing worse than not being able to fall asleep. These troubles can cost you more than a restless night and sleepy day. People dealing with insomnia are more likely to experience health problems including anxiety, depression, diabetes and congestive heart failure.
Many factors cause restlessness at night, such as stress, diet and technology. In this article, we introduce you something that can help you put an end to all of the tossing and turning.
Stretching after a long day can be a sign for your body that it is time to relax. A common move in yoga, known as The Crab consists of placing your hands and feet flat on the floor, raising your torso to table top (tummy up, booty down).
Make sure to lift the torso off the floor and in line with your knees. Then, squeeze the glutes. If you want an extra stretch, tuck up slightly and give the arms and back a good lengthening.
This move helps the body and mind relax after a busy day.
