4. Turmeric with lemongrass, cayenne pepper and coconut oil
In an 8-inch square oven pan add and mix an ounce of organic dry lemongrass, 2 cups of coconut oil, 5 tablespoons of turmeric powder and 5 tablespoons of cayenne pepper powder.
If your coconut oil is solid, melt it before mixing it with the herbs.
Next, put the pan in preheated oven at 150 degrees for 3-5 hours.

5. Turmeric with ginger

In 2 cups of boiling water add half a teaspoon of each powdered ginger and turmeric ginger. Let the mixture boil for 15-30 minutes.
Then, strain the mixture and if you want it sweeter, add a little bit of honey or stevia.

6. Turmeric with dried ginger root and fenugreek powder
Mix well equal quantities of turmeric powder, dried ginger powder and fenugreek powder. Then, take a teaspoon of the mixture together with warm water.
Consume it two times daily until you feel relief from the arthritis.
7. Turmeric powder with coconut oil
Mix well a tablespoon of turmeric powder and an adequate amount of coconut oil until you get a paste.
